For people whose bodies speak a language no one else seems to understand.
I was trained to help people heal. I couldn't heal myself.
In my early thirties, I was losing weight I couldn't afford to lose. At 6'4" and already lean, thirty pounds gone was not a small thing. I'd suffered from migraines since I was twelve and by the time I was running my own chiropractic practice, they had become severe enough that I sometimes had to close my doors for the day.
It wasn't until I found a naturopath who helped me understand what was actually happening—in my liver, my lymph, my body's deeper systems that things began to shift. It took two full years to feel genuinely healthy again. That experience changed how I understood everything.
Then my father passed away. And not long after, my sister became seriously ill.
Searching for answers for her, I connected with Dr. Todd Watts, who would go on to found Cellcore Biosciences. I spent four years working alongside him before he sold me the clinic.
What I learned in that time—about chronic illness, about the body's layers, about how healing actually unfolds became the foundation of everything I do now.
Background & Experience
Over the past seven years, I've worked with hundreds of people navigating chronic illness. And what my own recovery taught me and what working with those people confirmed is that the body has a sequence. There is an order to healing. And when that order is honored, things move. When it isn't, even the right treatments stall.
That sequence always begins in the same place: safety. Not more intervention. Not a better protocol. A body and nervous system that feel safe enough to respond.
That's what shapes every decision I make in a clinical setting.
Prior to working with Dr. Randy, I felt lost and confused, helpless, exhausted, completely isolated, and depressed... He took the time to get to know me as a person.
I Listen Differently
One thing people notice quickly is that our conversations feel different.
I'm not listening for a diagnosis. I'm listening for patterns.
Patterns in how your body reacts. Patterns in what makes things worse. Patterns in the language you use when you describe your experience because the way you talk about what you're feeling often reveals more than a lab panel ever could.
What I'm listening for is the story underneath the symptoms. When did this actually begin? What was happening in your life at that time? What has your body been trying to protect you from? Those questions lead somewhere. They almost always point toward something that's been missed, not because it was hidden, but because nobody stopped long enough to ask.
Our appointments are not rushed. They are not transactional. They are focused on understanding what your body is actually trying to tell us.
I went from completely bedridden to walking 10,000 steps
Most healthcare looks at the body through the rearview mirror.
Symptoms, diagnoses, lab results tell us where the body has been. They matter, and I use them. But precision wellness asks a different question:
Where is the body right now—and what does it actually need next?
Two people with nearly identical symptoms may need completely different next steps. Sometimes the body needs rebuilding. Sometimes it needs stabilization. Sometimes it's ready to clear deeper layers. Moving too fast or in the wrong direction can set the whole process back.
He kept me from galloping through the protocols, and slowed me down, which allowed my body to accommodate the changes in a way that was much more tolerable
For the past two years, I've done my own deep inner work —
examining my limiting beliefs, my self-doubt, the places I was resisting rather than listening.
What I found in myself and in the people I work with is that the body often holds the pattern long after the mind has moved on. You can understand intellectually why you're stuck. You can know the protocol. You can want to heal more than anything. And still, something underneath stays braced.
That's not a failure of will. That's the nervous system doing exactly what it was trained to do.
Healing is physical. It is mental. It is spiritual.
The signals the body sends, even the ones that hurt, that frighten, that exhaust are not failures. They are communication. And learning to listen to them rather than override them is often where the deepest shift begins.
Where Our Work Meets
There was a moment of real clarity, not in a clinical setting, not in a strategy session where I saw something I hadn't been able to fully articulate before.
What Jen does isn't separate from what I do. It's the entry point to all of it.
Her work — breath, awareness, the capacity to notice your internal environment and stay with it rather than distract from it — is what creates the conditions for everything else to land. The functional medicine work. The nervous system work. The returning to yourself.
You can address the physiology. But if you've never learned to stay with what you're feeling long enough to hear what it's telling you, the deeper layers stay locked.
Jenn has been on her own path of self-discovery longer than I have. And what we've both found separately and together is that healing asks us to do one thing above everything else.
Stay.
Not push through. Not optimize. Not find the next protocol.
Just stay. Notice. Feel. Build the capacity to be with yourself.
That's what Jen guides people toward. And it's why her work is not optional in what we offer here. It's foundational.
We didn't plan to build something together. We arrived here through our own healing and found that where our paths met was exactly where the work needed to go.
Why Generations Health and Healing
This work has a name for a reason.
Generations isn't about longevity programs or multi-generational marketing. It's about something quieter and more important than that.
What I've noticed in myself and in the people I work with is that when you stop chasing the next protocol and begin to reconnect with your own body, something shifts. Not just physically. In how you show up for the people around you. In what your children absorb by watching you navigate your health. In the patterns that either continue or stop with this generation.
The mission here is not to be a stopgap. It's to help you see yourself perhaps for the first time as someone whose body carries innate wisdom. Whose capacity to heal is already present. Who doesn't need to be fixed from the outside, but supported from within.
What I've seen, again and again, is that this kind of healing doesn't stay contained. It moves through families. It changes what gets passed down.
That's what this is about.
Ready to Begin?
If something on this page resonated, if you felt seen, even a little, that feeling is worth following.
The next step is a real conversation. We'll look at where you are, what you've already tried, and what the right starting point looks like for you.
Not a protocol. Not a program pitch. Just a conversation.
